These units are built around a solid 2500W and 400V setup. That combo packs a serious punch into a tiny footprint. The payoff? You get the heat you need, right when you need it, without having to install a heater the size of a small car. The 300mm tube length is a sweet spot we landed on. It’s long enough to create a steady, even hot zone, but still short enough to squeeze into tight spots—like crowded enclosures or cramped machine bays.
What’s Inside? The Details That Matter
The halogen element inside runs hot, and the quartz tube is built to take the thermal shock without cracking. We’ve also added a reflective coating that does two things: it pushes more energy forward where you need it, and it shields nearby parts from getting blasted with stray heat. The R7s connector is straightforward and solid. It makes wiring a breeze and handles the current without creating any hot spots. This design is tough, no doubt—but it needs airflow. High output means the area around it has to stay cool.
