Introduction

We built this portable industrial heater to be one thing: a compact powerhouse for spot heating on the plant floor.
It’s a 400V halogen lamp, packing 2500W of heat into a 300mm quartz tube, wired with an R7s connector. The whole point? Drop it right into what you already have. Get intense, localized heat fast, without the headache of rewiring an entire machine.

The Inside Story

Here’s the thing about that 400V, 2500W setup: it’s all about packing a huge punch into a small space. It gets hot—fast. Perfect for those short cycles where timing is everything.
And that 300mm tube? It focuses all that energy into a tight zone. You’re heating the exact spot you need, without scorching the parts next door.
But, and this is important, that kind of focused heat means you need to make sure your machine has the right clearance and cooling. Keeps everything else from getting cooked along with the target.
