This means you can get your parts through the line quicker and you don&amp;rsquo;t need a massive machine taking up half your floor space.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Going green without the headache&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Everyone is pushing for &amp;ldquo;lead-free&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;eco-friendly&amp;rdquo; setups these days. IR curing fits right into that. It&amp;rsquo;s a dry process, which means you can ditch the solvent-based carriers and stop worrying about VOC emissions.&#xA;Plus, the twin tube design gives us more surface area to work with. We can hit the target cure temperature without having to crank the intensity to dangerous levels. You get the heat you need, but you aren&amp;rsquo;t scorching your substrates or running up a massive &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;power&lt;/a&gt; bill.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The reality check&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, these aren&amp;rsquo;t &amp;ldquo;plug and play&amp;rdquo; components. Gold-coated tubes pack a serious punch of heat density.&#xA;If you just toss them into a standard housing, you&amp;rsquo;re going to have problems. You have to make sure your cooling fans and heat sinks are actually up to the task, or you&amp;rsquo;ll burn out the ends of the lamps.&#xA;And a quick tip: keep your reflectors clean. If they get dusty or grimy, the gold coating can&amp;rsquo;t do its job, and your throughput will tank.&#xA;At the end of the day, we built these for high-volume lines where every wasted watt is just money disappearing. By focusing the heat on the product instead of the air, you hit your environmental goals without slowing down your cycle time.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
