Stopping the fog before it starts The trick to a clear mirror isn’t heating up the whole room—that’s a waste of energy. Instead, we focus on the glass itself. We use shortwave infrared emitters that push heat directly into the glass. It keeps the surface just warm enough that water vapor can’t settle. No condensation. No wiping the mirror with a towel. To stop that, we don’t just “seal” it; we practically armor it. We use high-temperature silicone gaskets and reinforced potting compounds to lock down the electrical terminals.
